I build AI systems, study how agents do real work, and figure out what's worth building.
Over the past fourteen years, I’ve built backends for products ranging from patient portals and investing platforms to educational apps. Most of my work has been in backend architecture, infrastructure, and technical leadership.
These days, I’m leading agentic transformation at Fueled, helping our teams and clients use AI agents in their everyday work. That includes building automations and working on Rosey.
More of my time now goes to research and product questions: how agents remember, retrieve, and get checked; how to build evals that catch real failures; and, as code gets cheaper to write, how to decide what’s worth building and how to tell it worked.
I also build tools for how I work: collecting useful context, trying agents on everyday tasks, and keeping track of what I learn. My projects include the tools themselves; my TIL notes capture discoveries before they turn into longer write-ups. I’m interested in what helps in practice, and what still needs a human to check it.
Off the clock, I’m on the outskirts of Delhi with my wife, my son Amay, and our dog Hachi, who all do a fine job of keeping me away from the keyboard.
